Delete your DuelForm account

How to request deletion

Email umedstudiocom@gmail.com with the subject "DuelForm Account Deletion Request".

• Send the request from the email address linked to your DuelForm account, if possible.
• Include your DuelForm username, player ID, sign-in provider, and any display name you used.
• If we need to verify ownership, we may ask for additional account details before deleting data.

What we delete

When your request is verified, Umed Studio deletes or disconnects personal data associated with your DuelForm account, including:

• Account data, including account identifiers, sign-in links, sync records, and account-linked device tokens.
• Profile data, including username, country display, avatar, Frame, Mood, showcase choices, and public profile details.
• Duel history, including Live Duel results, match records, leaderboard profile, Rating, and Rank tied to your account.
• Echo data, including Echo activity, Echo Duel records, public Echo profile data, and recorded Echo performance tied to your account.
• Progress and statistics, including rewards, Echo Coin balance, tools, missions, badges, streaks, practice progress, and gameplay stats.
• Device tokens, notification preferences, support records tied to the account, and sync data stored for your account.

What may be retained

Some data may be retained for limited periods when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute handling, or backup integrity.

• Security, abuse-prevention, and server logs may be retained for up to 90 days.
• Backups may retain deleted data for up to 30 days before they are overwritten or expired.
• Payment, tax, or app store transaction records, if any, may be retained as required by law or platform rules.
• Aggregated or anonymized analytics that no longer identify you may be retained to understand app performance and reliability.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If a request is complex or we must retain limited records for a legitimate reason, we will explain the status by email.

Important notes

• Deleting your DuelForm account does not delete your Apple, Google, or app store account.
• After deletion, synced progress, public profile data, Echo activity, and account-linked rewards cannot be restored.
